APPOINTMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
all the following terms and conditions are agreed to by you the customer upon booking any appointment these take effect regardless of weather or not you read terms and conditions.
- all appointments are to be paid in full upon service being preformed. any remaining balance will be charged to to you weather or not you want to pay the is your notice that you will be charged automatically. once your appointment has started your enter into this agreement this is your consent to charge
- "personal satisfaction" is not grounds for a refund or to not pay. while we make every effort to make our customers happy. we do not offer refunds once serves has started regardless of weather or not your happy or have satisfaction we will charge you your full amount as labor and materials we used.
- we will charge you your full amount of booking weather or not your think the price is fair. once your appointment was started
- canceling payments after a job is complete will be considered theft and proper authorities will be notified of such actions
- canceling your booking without a 24 hour notice will for fit all payments made (we will keep the money) you are welcome to reschedule
- deposits for booking are non refundable
- any verbal or physical assaults to staff will be documented and reported
- while at the shop you and your are being filmed as such it is owned by the shop and can become public
- you agree to pay your full bill and your full bill will be charged regardless of weather or not you think the price is fair.
additional things to consider
in the event your not happy we will be happy to remedy the situation however to do so we must see the car in person to determine what the issue might be
we will not clean in glove boxes that are full
we wont clean center counsels that are full
we are not responsible for lost property
when you leave many many large objects or personal property we cant guarantee that we will know what is trash and what is not trash if its important please remove it
